BRIEF
Castle Towers shopping centre was participating in the ‘Shop For Your School’ initiative, supporting local schools by motivating customers to spend at the centre’s retailers. Allowing customers to accumulate points for their nominated school for the chance to win a major cash grant. The Event space was engaged to enhance the ongoing campaign through an interactive custom set build to encourage student involvement.
RESPONSE
We designed a dynamic sports-themed activation featuring five custom set builds, including skill tester activities for basketball, AFL, bowling, and volleyball, as well as an Instagram worthy diving pool photo moment. Each pod included a custom lollipop sign with a QR code for easy participant registration and competition entry.
The set builds were meticulously designed in a beautiful pastel colour palette with raised lettering, creating an eye-catching visual experience. As always, special attention was given to the details, including router cut features in the pool to mimick tiles and an inbuilt cavity in the bowling set for equipment storage. Custom-colored and branded sports balls were provided to enhance overall aesthetics, ensuring a cohesive and engaging activation in line with the theme.
The Skill Set proved to be a vibrant and engaging school holiday activation, delivering a thrilling experience for both kids and families. It successfully fulfilled its promise of creating a lively and entertaining atmosphere in the center court.
