BRIEF

Create a “Love at First Wear” pop-up activation within Chadstone Shopping Centre, timed to coincide with the Align campaign and the opening of the new flagship store. The goal was to generate buzz and drive traffic into the store, engaging new and existing customers. For some, this will be their first time experiencing and feeling the product, while for others, the aim is to mark a moment that sparks a lifelong relationship with the brand.

RESPONSE

To leverage lululemon’s Align franchise as a vehicle to drive brand love and extend brand visibility, we designed and executed a luxurious, show-stopping, block-colour lululemon red set. The set included an integrated vending machine, product display, and a photo moment light box, which attracted over 2,500 guests over three days to try their luck at winning a range of prizes.Textured touch points, such as Align Nulu fabric cushions and hanging fabric banners, heightened the sensory experience, inviting guests to feel the fabric firsthand. Upon revealing their prize, guests were encouraged to visit the new flagship store to try on and collect their coveted align tights, seamlessly blending excitement with the practicality of product discovery.
